◆ 真空吸附推紙板送紙；
◆ 配有柔性進(jìn)紙機(jī)構(gòu)，可以適應(yīng)各種薄而彎曲的紙板；
◆ 左右檔板位置由電動(dòng)調(diào)整電腦顯示，快速準(zhǔn)確；
◆ 整機(jī)齒輪斜齒結(jié)構(gòu)，特殊合金鋼材制作，高頻熱處理；
◆ 噴淋式自動(dòng)潤滑，提高了運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)精度及使用壽命，減小設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)噪音；
◆ 輥筒采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼，材料壁厚30毫米，表面研磨鍍硬鉻并做平衡處理，增加運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)；
◆ 模切膠墊中國臺(tái)灣進(jìn)口，安裝調(diào)換快速方便，模切刀口平整光滑，使用壽命長，模切1000萬次；
◆ 工作中模切氈套滾筒機(jī)械螺旋式左右自動(dòng)橫移(40mm)，使切口刀痕不重復(fù)，延長氈套使用壽命。
◆ 模切輥間隙電動(dòng)控制，正常送紙時(shí)軟輥下降到工作位置，停止送紙時(shí)軟輥?zhàn)詣?dòng)升起。
◆ 膠墊自動(dòng)修復(fù)功能，同時(shí)采用速差裝置，自動(dòng)調(diào)整滾筒線速度，確保每批紙箱尺寸*一致；
◆ 模切相位采用行星齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)電動(dòng)調(diào)整電腦顯示，快捷方便準(zhǔn)確。

◆ The position of left & right baffles are controlled by computer, fast and accurate.
◆ Skewed-tooth gears made of special alloy steel and after high-frequency heat treatment are used for the whole machine gears.
◆ Automatic spray lubrication can improve the operation accuracy and the service lifetime, and reduce equipment operating noise.
◆ The roller is made of high-quality steel which material thickness is 30mm. Surface isground and hard chromed, balanced treatment can improve operation smooth.
◆ The die-cutting rubber pads are imported from Taiwan，fast and easy installation and debugging. Knife edge is flat and smooth, service life is long, number of die-cuttingfrequency is 1 billions times.
◆ During the operation, the die-cutting roller with felt set automatically & laterally moves left and right at 40mm，therefore, the scratch are not repeat，felt set’s service life is prolonged.
◆ The gap of die-cutting is automatically electric controlled, the soft rollerdeclines to work position for normal paper-feeding and lift automatically when paper-feedingstops.
◆ Function of auto- compensation for rubber pad, speed differential device is adopted at The same time and the speed of roller line can be adjusted, thus ensure the size of eachbatch of the carton is completely consistent.
◆ Die-cutting phase can be display by planetary gear electric-adjustment system, fast, easy and accurate.
