GF600-1100型節(jié)能普通干法復(fù)合機
1、用途:本機適用于BOPP、PET、CPP、PCVD、鍍鋁膜、鋁薄等相同性質(zhì)的組合膜，紙等。機械速度70米/分。
2、主傳動系統(tǒng)，變頻調(diào)速，聯(lián)控調(diào)節(jié)。
3、涂膠采用兩種方式（刮刀式、擠壓式）可供選擇。
4、收料用力矩電機，放料自動糾編系統(tǒng)，一、二放卷采用磁粉制動器。
5、烘箱弓型式，進(jìn)風(fēng)采用兩頭離心風(fēng)機送進(jìn)。裝有吸廢氣系統(tǒng)裝置。
6、烘箱分4段加熱，每段溫度由溫控儀，控制自動升溫。
7、烘道內(nèi)道輥主動，每條采用三角皮帶連接傳動。
8、復(fù)合輥經(jīng)過度硬鉻精磨采用油加熱，膠輥采用雙氣壓，復(fù)合輥采用上海產(chǎn)表面電熱偶，通過溫控儀自動溫控。
9、烘箱可調(diào)zui高溫度80℃，復(fù)合線速度可調(diào)70米/分。

GF600-1100 Model Power-saving General Dry Laminating Machine
1、Usage: It is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD, al-plated film, al-tissue and the laminating film and paper with the same properties. Its mechanical speed is 70m/min.
2、The main transmission system adopts frequency inverter to adjust the speed, with a linkage adjustment.
3、The plated rubber adopts two style (scrapping and pressing), either of them can choose.
4、The material collecting adopts torque motor and the material feeding adopts automatic edge correction system. The group 1 and 2 adopt magnetic powder brake.
5、The oven adopts bow shape, and the wind-entering adopts two-head centrifugal blower to blow. It is equipped with a waste-air sucking system device
6、The oven has a 4 section to heat, and every section’s temperature is controlled by temperature controller, controlling the automatic rise of temperature.
7、The cylinder inside of the oven is active, and every of them adopts triangle strap to connect to drive.
8、The laminating cylinder is treated with hard chromium and precise grind, and adopts oil to heat. The rubber cylinder adopts dual air pressure, and the laminating cylinder adopts surface thermocouple. The temperature controllers can automatic control the temperature.
9、The Max. adjustable temperature of dry oven is 80℃, and the Adjustable range of laminatinglinearspeedis70m/min.
