該機主要用于電線、光纜生產(chǎn)過程中在鋁（鋼）平滑帶縱包時起到搭接的粘結(jié)作用以及光纜形成阻水環(huán)的作用。
This machine mainly has the bonding function of connection for aluminium (steel) smooth strap longitudinal lapping and of forming water blocking ring by optical cable during the production process of cable and optical cable.
