●主要機構(gòu)性能
◆整臺機器按照高要求，可靠性功能而設(shè)計制造，整機操作人性化設(shè)計，能在短時間內(nèi)進行設(shè)定，修正、執(zhí)行，更換，記憶功能，
并以精確數(shù)據(jù)顯示。
◆所有傳動輥材質(zhì)均為優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。
◆傳動齒輪采用優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼， 經(jīng)熱處理，研磨而成。
◆主要傳動軸采用免鍵連接，減少連接間隙，保證印刷套印精度。
◆機油自動平衡裝置，保持各單元油面平衡。
◆整機采用PLC控制，具有歸零，記憶等功能。(可選用PLC結(jié)合觸摸屏控制)
◆前緣式進紙方式。
◆網(wǎng)輥:可選用金屬網(wǎng)輥或陶瓷網(wǎng)紋輥，網(wǎng)輥線數(shù)可根據(jù)用戶要求選擇。

◆Designed According the high request and the reliable function, the operation of the machine is humanization, can accomplish the setting,
revision, implement, replacing and memories function in a shot time, and display with a exact data.
◆All the drive rollers adopted high quality steel materials, hard chromium plating and the surtace treated by lapping finish.
The drive gears adopt high quality alloy steel, after heat treatment and lapping finish.
The main drive roller adopt keyless connect, decrease the connection gap, guarantee the printing presicion.
Lubricate oil automatic balance device, keep the equal oill level equal in each unit.
◆The machine adopt PLC control, with“automatic zero return" and "memories" function.
. Use sun feeder for feed the cardboard.
◆Customer can chose use steel anilox roller or ceramic ollr, the lines of the anilox roller ac so can be chosed accord the customer use.
