2.極片采用氣動脹緊方式裝夾上料，配有裝極片的塊規(guī)，以便實(shí)現(xiàn)快速換料；
3.激光在清粉過程中不損傷極片，分別對極片正、反兩面進(jìn)行清粉；
4.激光清粉過程中有極片表面保護(hù)、粉塵吸收功能；
5.極片收卷前配有刷粉、吸塵功能，設(shè)備配有工業(yè)吸塵器及整體吸塵管路；
6.激光部分分配有安全防護(hù)裝置；
7.清粉后CCD視覺系統(tǒng)對尺寸、效果進(jìn)行檢測。

6.Laser part is equipped with safety protection device.
7.CCD vision system is adopted to detect the size and effect after powder cleaning.
