用途與特點：
● 真空吸附前緣送紙系統(tǒng)，適用于各種瓦型紙板，傳送穩(wěn)定，高速、精準。

Use and characteristics:
● Vacuous adsorbing front feeding paper system, applicable to all kinds of flute profile.transfer smoothly;high speedly and precisely.
● Frequency transformer devices have been adopted to use on the host, fans and phase adjustment.
● The drive gear：20GrMnTi high frequency-quenched and carburizing done.
● Cross-trundling roller driving system, no wear for long time using, ensure for transmission accuracy.
● Free-keys connection style, roller connects with gear, ensure for registration accuracy
● Blade-block can be traversed or the carton height can be adjusted, anti-collision device can ensure the safety of the machine.
● Mechanical spray lubrication, pump circulating system for gears, make gear service life long. Auto-return function.
● Function of storage of normal die-cutting orders, fast and efficient.

堆碼部Stacker

●接紙臂可手動或自動操作，設(shè)有保險機構(gòu)，防止接紙臂突然下落，保證操作人員安全。
● 床臺升降強力鏈條帶動。
● 堆疊高度為1600mm、1800mm、2000mm。
● 床臺隨紙板堆高自動調(diào)整傾斜高度，升降電機，附剎車功能，床臺得以保持固定位置，不會下滑。
● 氣壓式抬紙機構(gòu)，在紙板堆疊到預(yù)定高度時，接紙托板自動打開，支座托住紙板。
● 平面皺紋皮帶，防止紙板下滑。

● The paper-catching arm can be operated manually or automatically. Safety
function is installed which can protect operator when the paper-catching arm
slides suddenly.
● Elevation and subsidencei of collection platform is driven by the strong chains.
● Piling height: 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm.
● The collection platform can automatically adjust the height of tilt along with the
height of piling paperboard. Elevating motor with electric brake function to keep
the platform stable.
● Pneumatic paper-lifting structure. When the paperboards are piled to the preset
height, the paper-catching holder will open automatically and the pedestal will
hold the paperboard.
● The flat corrugated belt prevents sliding.
