本機(jī)適用卷筒塑料編織袋、彩印袋、珠光膜袋、及印前、印后編織袋等定長、追加標(biāo)裁切加工。

本機(jī)集機(jī)、電、光為一體，采用計算機(jī)為核心，輔以高精度步進(jìn)電機(jī)進(jìn)行定長控制，袋子長短度可數(shù)字化設(shè)定彩印袋用色標(biāo)追蹤，自動尋標(biāo)裁切，可選擇手動和自動方式運(yùn)行，并定量疊袋，自動計數(shù)，聲光報警等*技術(shù)。放料采用電動升降上料，光電控制調(diào)速電機(jī)送料，自動光電升降收料。該機(jī)具有使用范圍廣、性能穩(wěn)定、操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是塑料編織袋印前、印后卷筒料裁切的*設(shè)備。

Performance and Characteristics

It’s applied to cutting reeled woven bags or poly bag at fixed-length cutting or cutting via tracking the mark.

As combination of mechanism, electronics and optical system, it features chip system and high precision step motor for cutting control, numeral control for cutting length, and mark tracking capacity for the cutting. Users can select manual or auto function for working. Moreover, users can preset the instruction to fold the cut bag in a certain quantity, as the machine can count the bag automatically with a sound and optical warning system. Its unwinding system is equipped with an electric hoist for material loading, optical electric speed convertible motor for material feeding; and its final tracking system is the optical electric rack. It’s wide in application, stable in performance, and easy in operation. It’s the first choice of the cutting equipment for reeled plastic woven fabric before or after printing.
