  1. 采用PLC可編程序控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離監(jiān)控，觸摸屏操作，人機(jī)對話，操作、維護(hù)方便。

  2. 動(dòng)作元件采用電-氣/液壓自動(dòng)控制。

  3. 多重安全保護(hù)：轉(zhuǎn)速檢測，過振動(dòng)保護(hù)，開蓋保護(hù)，電機(jī)過載過熱保護(hù)，刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械/電氣雙重控制。

  4. 焊接式整體機(jī)架，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，機(jī)器承載強(qiáng)度高。

  5. 全密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠。

  6. 獨(dú)立式液壓站，可隔離安裝，方便檢修。

  7. 采用液力偶合器傳動(dòng)(GK1250以下機(jī)型)，啟動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，控制簡單，有效保護(hù)電機(jī)不受過載損害。亦可用變頻器啟動(dòng)，適用多種運(yùn)行速度要求。

  8. 浮動(dòng)平臺(tái)底座，橡膠減振基礎(chǔ)。亦可選用阻尼式彈性減振器，減振效果，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，減小機(jī)器振動(dòng)對設(shè)備和環(huán)境的危害。

  9. 二種出料方式選擇：斜槽開放式出料，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單；螺旋輸送器與刮刀集成卸料，濾餅收集率高，有效防止堵料。

  10. 虹吸式離心機(jī)具備虹吸推動(dòng)力，過濾速度更快?？膳渲梅礇_洗裝置，對過濾介質(zhì)進(jìn)行洗滌再生。還可配置撇液裝置，適用含蛋白等膠體物質(zhì)的物料分離。

  10. The siphon centrifuge has the siphon impetus, the filtration speed is quicker.Backwash device can be configured to wash and recycle the filter media.It can also be equipped with a skimming device, which is suitable for material separation of colloidal substances such as protein.

臥式刮刀卸料離心機(jī)是連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、間歇操作的過濾式離心機(jī)，控制方式為自動(dòng)控制(也可手動(dòng)控制)。

離心機(jī)操作過程中的進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料及濾布再生等過程一般均在全速狀態(tài)下完成，單次循環(huán)時(shí)間短，處理量大，并可獲得較好的過濾（濾餅含水率較低）和洗滌效果。
