適用范圍

HYFM-1100B全自動預(yù)涂膜覆膜機(jī)是適合預(yù)涂膜和紙張的復(fù)合設(shè)備，整機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)合理自動化程度高，操作簡單，一人可操作機(jī)器。廣泛應(yīng)用于課本、書刊、掛歷、卡片、產(chǎn)品樣品、包裝紙盒的裱塑，是印刷廠和包裝裝潢、美印廠和專業(yè)過塑廠提高印刷品質(zhì)量，降低工藝成本的理想設(shè)備。鏈刀型切紙機(jī)構(gòu)（選配）專門針對薄紙PET、PVC薄紙分切，適合于各種不同薄膜的分切。

Application

HYFM-1100B automatic pre-coating film laminating machine is a compound equipment suitable for pre-coating film and paper. The structure of the whole machine is reasonable and highly automated. The operation is simple and one person can operate the machine. It is widely used in the mounting of textbooks, books and periodicals, calendars, cards, product samples, packaging cartons. It is an ideal equipment for printing plants and packaging and decoration, American printing plants and professional plastic factories to improve the quality of printing and reduce the cost of technology. The chain cutter type paper cutting mechanism (optional) is specially designed for the slitting of thin paper PET and PVC thin paper, which is suitable for slitting various films.

自動分切圓盤刀
配有盤刀和氣動分切裝置、光電檢測，需根據(jù)紙張大小調(diào)節(jié)分切位置，高速自動分切。
Automatic Disc Cutter System:Equipped with disc knife pneumatic separating device and photoelectric detector to separate the paperaccording to paper size quickly.

氣動拉紙輥
采用市場穎拉斷方式，操作簡單，安全。無尾膜，減少紙張變形，可以更好的針對雙面印刷紙張。
Pneumatic Paper Pulling Roller:Adopting newest paper separating device with easy operation and safety. It's more suitable for double side printing paper without tail film and less paper curve.

分體式壓紙裝置
方便進(jìn)紙，提高操作安全性，保證紙張進(jìn)紙的平整度。
Split-Type Pressing Paper Device:Convenient feeding, improve operational safety, ensure the smoothness of the paper feed.

側(cè)拉規(guī)裝置
搭口采用前規(guī)和拉規(guī)，結(jié)合伺服技術(shù)，高速生產(chǎn)中，紙張搭口精確在±3mm。
Paper regulator device:The regulator includes front and side lay controlled by servo keeping overlap less than±3mm.

電磁感應(yīng)加熱技術(shù)
采用的電磁加熱及控制技術(shù)，加熱速度縮短到10min，溫度精確到±2℃。
Electromagnetic heating system:Equipped with advanced electromagnetic heater which shorten heat up time to 10mins ,with accurate temperature control ±2oC.

送紙系統(tǒng)
配備不停機(jī)預(yù)堆紙機(jī)構(gòu)，伺服控制飛達(dá)、電光控制缺紙自動停機(jī)裝置，紙面限位非法保護(hù)裝置，保證紙張的連續(xù)性和操作方便性。
Auto Feeder: Pre-stack paper feeder controlled by servo with photoelectric lacking paper automatic stop, paper limit illegal protection device, ensure the paper continuity and convenient operation.

鏈刀分切系統(tǒng)
根據(jù)客戶要求，選配鏈刀分切裝置，適用于OPP、PET等各類覆膜分切。每分鐘可以分切100-120刀。
Chain-knife Cutting Device:According to customer requiremente,matching chain cutting device,suitable for OPP,PET and other types of film.Every minute can be cut 100-120 knives.
