TY series automatic gluing box machine consists of three parts: vacuum paper feeding part, gluing folding part and counting stacking output part.
It is controlled by digital display, adjusted by PLC computer, and operated by double frequency conversion synchronously. It has a simple, quick,
reliable and accurate control mode. Automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, average
adhesive speed of 200 meters/min, high speed energy saving, save labor cost.
計數(shù)堆碼部
● 自動堆碼拍齊輸出
● 計數(shù)部主電機變頻調(diào)速，速度可調(diào)，開機穩(wěn)定可靠
● 利用皮帶輸送紙箱，堆積整齊，速度0-200m/min
● 利用拍打板擊打紙箱，具有糾偏功能，偏差很小。
● 計數(shù)和推出采用氣動方式，PLC電控，動作可靠，準確快速。
● 采用PLC編程控制器和觸摸屏式數(shù)字控制，操作簡單，動作可靠，不停機輸入數(shù)據(jù)，
自動計數(shù)。
● 輸出部采用底部輸送帶和上部壓緊皮帶同步壓緊方式，使成品紙箱粘合牢固并整齊無
